As anchors: a focused first version typically starts around ₹25,000, and Scale engagements start around ₹75,000, with features and integrations scoped individually. You get the exact number in writing before committing to anything.

Yes. We review architecture, access controls, data handling, performance, and test coverage. After an initial conversation, we agree on audit scope and cost. Findings guide a prioritised remediation plan; timing depends on the codebase and the issues found.

Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We start with an audit — architecture, security, infrastructure cost, and what will break first under growth. You get that assessment as a standalone deliverable, whether or not you continue with us.

A Launch engagement usually runs four to six weeks. Scale runs eight to sixteen, depending on how much mobile and payment surface is involved. We agree on target dates in the proposal and communicate risks or dependencies that could affect them.

You do, completely, on final payment. We work inside your repositories and your cloud accounts wherever possible. If we set them up, they transfer to you at handover. No proprietary wrappers, no license you have to keep paying for, no lock-in.

Launch and Scale include a support window — one month on Launch, three on Scale — covering defects in what we built. Further maintenance or features can be covered by a Partner retainer or a separate project. You are never obliged to either.

Yes. The listed prices are Indian market rates; international engagements are quoted separately. We work asynchronously by default and hold a few hours of overlap with your timezone for anything that needs live conversation.

It usually does. Small adjustments are absorbed. Anything that materially moves the delivery date or the cost gets written up and priced before work starts on it — never billed as a surprise afterwards.

Project work is split across milestones — typically an upfront portion, one or two at agreed checkpoints, and the balance at handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Everything is invoiced, with terms set out in the terms.
